Delivery & Return, Refund Policy

Delivery time varies from time to time, depending on projects and services. Usually, domain and hosting services are delivered install. In some accidental cases (for error & other reasons). Other services’ delivery time depends on the project. But we give an estimated delivery time on the quotation. But there is no delivery guarantee time as these are related to bugs, projects, developers, and others. So the delivery time can be 1 hour to 5+ years (depends on the custom service/project).

Return Policy: Our digital services are not returnable. You can’t return it.

Refund Policy: Our digital services are not refundable. Even if you cancel items/services, you won’t get any refund. Once you pay us, you will have no option to get a refund.

Payment Procedure: Some of our services are fully pre-payable. Some of these can be paid by installment. Actually, it depends on the service.
Invoice can be paid through cash, online payment gateway (shurjoPay), Direct Bank, Checque (it also depends on the service).
